If you wear a 4,5 the 6/8 (S) will probably fit If you wear a 7,8 the 10/12 (M) will probably fit If you wear a 11,12 the 14/16 (L) will probably fit If you wear a 15,16 the 18/20 (XL) will probably fit If you are a true XL, the 18/20 XL will probably NOT fit If in doubt, please go to the next larger size.
