Product must be returned in original condition with any attached labels, tags etc..

You will receive a full refund or credit minus the shipping and handling fee.
If there is a mistake on our part and and the the item is returned
in it's original condition, we will make a determination.
If it is determined it is our fault, we will refund the shipping charges
in addition to the purchase price.

You must call or E-Mail for authorization to return any item.

You will be given an RMA ( Returned Material Authorization)
number which is to be written on the package.

WE will not accept any returns without an RMA number,
or our authorization with an e-mail notification to you.

SWIMWEAR RETURN POLICY
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Please make sure of your size.

1. We don' t accept returns and exchange on items after 30 days from the shipping date. This is more than ample time to figure out if it fits or if you like it.

2. Items returned or exchanged must be in it's original condition, unsoiled, with tags attached and hygienic protector intact and in it's original packaging. Do not remove sanitary liner or cut tags before trying the items on. This is for you and others protection.

Please note: This is a very liberal return policy and almost unheard of in the swim wear industry. Please do NOT try to take advantage of it.

3. We will absolutely not accept exchanged or returned bikinis, swim trunks, boxers or sarongs that are soiled, laundered, damaged, altered from it's original condition or has been used.

4. If we receive such goods we will charge you $25 and return the items to you.

5. Any customer doing excessive returns will be taken off our customer list and no further orders will ever be accepted.

6. We reserve the right to remove people from our customer list, and refuse future service for excessive returns, or deliberately returning used merchandise.

7. The first return/exchange is on us. 2nd return/exchange. there will be a $6.00 restocking fee.. no exceptions. After that...no returns...no refunds.....PERIOD.
